WWT is looking for a motivated and driven Senior Collaboration Engineer to join our dynamic Unified Communications team of network and UC engineers supporting Department of Defense Contracts at multiple sites. This team provides planning, design, configuration, deployment, and documentation. Requirements:
An Active/current Department of Defense (DoD) SECRET clearance at a minimum. Travel up to 75% may be required. DoD IAT Level II certification is a plus (Security Plus, etc.)
Bachelor's degree or similar technical experience eight (8) -10 years relevant experience
Minimum of ten (10) total years of progressively increasing experience leading to the architecture/design, development, and implementation of enterprise voice and video collaboration solutions.
Experience engineering, deploying, and troubleshooting voice and video collaboration systems such as the CUCM, UCS platform, Cisco Meeting Server (CMS), E911, Cisco Emergency Responder (CER), Telepresence Management System (TMS), legacy video conferencing hardware, Multi-controller Units, and Voice Gateways.
Experience with deployment of Cisco Unified Communications Manager cluster, Cisco Contact Center Express, Cisco Unity Connection cluster, UCS servers, deployment, and configuration of analog voice gateways and integration with an existing Cisco Emergency Responder cluster. Specific relevant and recent experience with Cisco best practices and application of Military Unique Deployment Guide along with applying required Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG's) and other Department of Defense standards to required devices. Familiarity with Expressway Core and Edge (Exp-C&E) for best practices. Also, experience with Third-party applications (i.e. xMedius Fax Service, Arcadian Attendant Console, Calabrio, InformaCast paging) for best practices is a plus.The well-being of WWT employees is essential.
