We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, Regulatory Oversight Management to join our Asset Servicing Regulatory team. This role is located in Pittsburgh or Lake Mary - HYBRID.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
  • Ensure appropriate systems, processes, controls and knowledge are fully embedded in the Asset Servicing business in order to comply with Global Asset Safety ("GAS") corporate policy and local asset safety legislation in the US & APAC regions.
  • Responsible for managing an effective asset safety governance and control framework, minimising risk, and act as local Subject Matter Expert to the businesses. To include the implementation of robust, effective metrics monitoring both Business As Usual and Business Process Change, data analysis and oversight of US & APAC region continuous improvement / remediation efforts.
  • Significant contributor to GAS governance forums and drive asset safety engagement with stakeholders and partner groups across US & APAC geographical regions.
  • Whilst primary focus will be GAS, you might need to assist the AS Regulatory team with either Financial Crime Compliance or other Regulatory related matters (e.g. implementation, assessment of control environment)


To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • 10-12 years of total work experience strongly preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to influence outcomes and actions
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to draw logical conclusions and recommendations
  • Operational knowledge of BNYM key custody systems e.g. GSP preferred
  • Prior oversight experience preferred
