WHAT YOU WILL DO: You will be contributing to SITA's success by ensuring the software is verified and validated against the criteria set out in the functional and non- functional specifications by defining test cases and ensuring their execution. Your role will involve: Analysing the new feature request together with scrum team and product owner and providing early suggestions to be considered for feature development. Working with Scrum team on day-to-day basis as a quality checkpoint for all development work. Designing simplified but effective test cases and keeping regression/integration/UI/NFT test packs test packs up to date with new and amended software or services. Maintaining and running automation test scripts Creating and capturing all test documentations Suggesting best practices to improve quality of the software. Helping developer with automation test scripts. Hold the Defect Triage sessions and reducing the defect debt with the team. Collaborate with other teams for meeting Non-Functional Testing targets. Highlighting issues and risks at early stages to stakeholders. Testing MQ's Qualifications EXPERIENCE: University degree or equivalent preferably in Computer Science Engineering Mathematics or similar. Good experience in agile testing environment and knowledge of all software testing methodologies e.g. functional testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing etc. ISTQB Foundation qualification or recognized country-specific qualification desirable. Automation with knowledge of writing Gherkin scripts and some manual testing skills essential Tools in use include Selenium WebDriver/TestNG/Java, SOAPUI, UFT, GIT, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, and ALM/Octane The person should have a knowledge of min. 2 programming languages. Ability to work under pressure. Principles of Agile. Risk Based & Model based testing knowledge. NICE-TO-HAVE: Requirements Traceability Matrix skills DevOps/Continuous Integration knowledge Testing MQ's Knowledge of Non-Functional Testing ISTQB certification.
