Role :-
You will work very closely with the CEO and other seniors in the firm to develop a strategy to attract and retain and source top talent
Coordination of the recruiting resources and technology . You will take a lead in recruiting and hiring people and find different ways to attract new talent .
You will work on the marketing strategy of the firm .
Requirements:-
Ability to use automation platforms to make the recruiting process more efficient .
BA in a technology field
Ability to converse with technologists and have a passion for the tech side .
Over 7 years in a role where you have cultivated academic , technical or quant talent in an automated environment .
Self- motivated and competitive
Remote work will be permitted once you are up and running.
