Senior Technical Product Manager

Clayton Services is searching for a Senior Technical Product Manager to join a thriving company in downtown Houston. The Senior Technical Product Manager will be responsible for re-vamping an existing large web application and working closely with the company's stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of the initiative.

Job Type: Direct-Hire

Pay Rate: $200,000/annually

Senior Technical Product Manager Responsibilities:

Creating and managing release plans and managing dependencies.

Working closely with internal and external stakeholders.

Defining the product strategy and roadmap.

Translating complex technical requirements into Product Backlog items

Facilitating supporting and performing product demos to our partner's customers together with the company's partners.

Designing and delivering periodic product management status reporting to internal and external stakeholders.

Senior Technical Product Manager Skills and Abilities:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work well in a team environment.

Demonstrated success in defining and launching excellent products.

Working knowledge of product management practices, especially related to software products

References to past product/services launch in Software Development, Information Systems

Senior Technical Product Manager Education and Experience:

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, and/or a major in Product Management or a related field is desired.

7+ years experience as a Product Manager

Strong technical background with experience working in Software Development, Information Systems, and Technology Consulting industries

Prior experience in technology consulting is a plus.

Prior experience collaborating with international clients and implementing changes to achieve project goals.
