SNI has teamed with a valued client on a search for a Senior Technical Accountant. The Senior Technical Accountant will work on a small team and must be comfortable owning the drafting for all SEC filing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
The Senior Technical Accountant will be responsible for the preparation of all external reporting filings for the SEC.
The Senior Technical Accountant will handle the 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K and proxy filings.
The Senior Technical Accountant will be responsible for the preparation and maintenance of lease accounting, stock-based compensation and equity accounting.
The Senior Technical Accountant will be responsible for the preparation of financial statements and reconciliations.
The Senior Technical Accountant will be responsible for supporting the external audit team on an as needed basis.
The Senior Technical Accountant must have a CPA and at least 2 years of experience with a public accounting firm.
The position will pay in the range of $90-95K. Insurance and other benefit options are also included in the offer.
