Senior Tax Manager - open due to growth
We're seeking a Senior Tax Manager offering up to $150k base salary plus a 15-30% bonus, with the base potentially reaching $155k. This role, based on a hybrid model (3 days in office, 2 remote), requires expertise in partnership tax within real estate.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day tax matters for assigned companies.
- Oversee tax return preparation and deadlines with third-party preparers.
- Review federal, state, and local tax returns and K-1s.
- Lead special projects and contribute to strategic planning efforts.
- Review REIT compliance and provision for income taxes.
- Provide leadership in developing recommendations and implementing plans.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- CPA or equivalent experience required.
- At least 7 years of tax experience.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Experience in a corporate tax department or national public accounting firm.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
