Job Details

Client Engagement Management: Lead and manage a portfolio of tax clients, focusing on flow-through entities, ensuring seamless and accurate service delivery.

Flow-Through Entity Taxation: Demonstrate expertise in flow-through entity taxation, developing and implementing tax planning strategies.

Tax Planning and Compliance: Ensure compliance with tax regulations for flow-through entities, individuals, and businesses. Develop and implement tailored tax planning strategies aligned with our commitment to customized solutions.

Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a collaborative team of tax professionals. Conduct performance evaluations and contribute to professional development.

Quality Assurance: Review complex tax returns related to flow-through entities, implement quality control procedures, and uphold our commitment to delivering high-quality service.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Related Field; CPA Required

10+ Years' Proven Experience in Public Accounting and Tax Consulting

Strong Knowledge of Federal, State, and Local Tax Regulations

Exceptional Leadership and Team Management Skills

Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Abilities

Detail-Oriented with Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills

Proficient in Tax Software and Microsoft Office Suite
