Our esteemed organization is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Tax Associate to join our finance team. This is a permanent, full-time position that offers an exciting opportunity to work within a fast-paced, high-performing, and innovative environment. As a Senior Tax Associate, you will play a pivotal role in managing and overseeing a broad array of tax-related responsibilities, focusing on individual tax, corporate and partnership taxes, and high net worth individual tax reviews.

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and review complex tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and corporations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with state and federal tax laws.
2. Provide tax planning and consultancy services to high net worth individuals, advising on tax implications of their business decisions.
3. Perform detailed and technical tax review, analysis, and research, developing strategies to minimize tax liabilities and maximize profits.
4. Handle tax audits, responding to inquiries from tax authorities in a timely and professional manner.
5. Collaborate with other departments to implement tax strategies, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
6. Stay updated with the latest tax laws and regulations, providing insights and recommendations to the management team.
7. Provide training and mentorship to junior tax associates, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree or CPA certification will be an added advantage.
2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a tax-related role, preferably in the financial industry.
3. Extensive knowledge of individual tax, corporate and partnership taxes, and tax review.
4. Proven experience in handling tax matters for high net worth individuals.
5. Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and translate it into actionable strategies.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex tax concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
7. Proficiency in tax software and other accounting tools.
8. High attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
9. Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive financial information.
