Responsibilities of the Senior Tax Analyst:The Senior Tax Analyst will be reporting to the VP of Finance and will oversee tax related functions within the organization.
- Preparation, compilation and filing of partnership returns.
- Oversight of third party tax consulting firms and review of their submissions
- Researching and advising on various tax matters (primary focus will be on Sub-Chapter K partnership taxation)
- Monitoring partner capital accounts, both inside and outside basis
- Investigation and reporting of accounting discrepancies
Qualifications of the Senior Tax Analyst: - Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance
- 2 - 6 years of experience in partnership taxes
- Strong communication skills
