Job Details

Requirements:

B.S. in Accounting or similar
Minimum 3+ years of experience working in public accounting
Either holding a CPA or EA designation or having intentions to work towards obtaining one

Responsibilities:

Proficiency in conducting compilation, review, and audit engagements
Familiarity with both corporate and individual tax preparation would be advantageous
Ideal proficiency in utilizing tools such as Excel, Creative Solutions Accounting, QuickBooks, and/or Lacerte
Overseeing income tax correspondence, including developing and maintaining
strong relationships with clients.
Providing ongoing training for staff to promote efficient preparation of tax returnsand develop tax expertise.
Diving deep into technical tax-related issues in order to guide clients.
Gaining exposure to foreign taxation, sales/use tax, and payroll tax.
