Job Description: The Systems Administrator will provide IT systems administration of a Windows-based computer information system. The ideal candidate must have a good understanding or knowledge of Windows Server internals including DNS, DHCP, AD, and server replication methods. Use troubleshooting techniques to resolve technical problems of a moderate to high scope and complexity including the integration of hardware and operating systems (OS). The candidate must have a good understanding of basic Networking and AD concepts in a technological environment. Installation and configuring of software applications requested by end-users daily. You will get to work with Cybersecurity professionals to maintain security compliance requirements. Key Requirements and Qualifications:

• Operate and maintain all Production, Pre-Production, and Development systems in a Windows-based environment.

• Implement and monitor the Enterprise Windows Servers testing and installation of patches, updates, additional tools, and future versions of all software on a regular basis.

• Perform Systems lifecycle management including planning, implementation, maintenance, upgrades, consolidation, and decommissioning of enterprise hardware and software.

• Manage system requirements and derived requirements to ensure system compatibility with defined architecture and meet customer needs.

• Develop technical process documentation, including CONOPS, user guides, and test plans. Skills and Knowledge Required:

• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with a team are critical.

• Develop and maintain Technical Documentation and instructions.

• Experience with AD, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, WSUS, Exchange, VMWare, switches, and firewalls.

• Familiarity with Windows 2016/2019, PowerShell, NAS, SAN, vSphere, and ESX.

• High attention to discretion, detail, and accuracy, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Knowledgeable and experience in application of STIGs to secure Windows services and applications.

• Must have ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment with changing priorities.

• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to interact with internal and external customers and across organizational elements.

• US Citizenship required to meet government compliance requirements.

• MUST have and maintain an active TS/SCI clearance and possess or willing to take a Counterintelligence (CI) or Full-scope polygraph.

• Must be able to regularly life and move packages weighing up to 50 pounds at times.

• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, stoop and crawl consistently.

• Bachelor's degree in IT or STEM with 6 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• CCNA

• MCSE/MCSA

• Security+

• CompTIA Server+ or A+ Preferred Qualifications:

• NRO experience
