Job Description:

Understand the basic requirements, functionalities, and business logic of Cisco DAS. Design solutions as per requirements and preparation of High Level and Low-Level design specifications. Ensure correct functionality and UI ease of use for the customers/end users of the products. Design, provision and apply HCL Proprietary tool Endpoint application inspector policies across network environment. Support user interface for Cisco DAS as per their backend scripts. Deliver DAS User Interface development and customer use case validation, and its workflow documented via SharePoint for DAS and its products. Analyze the current business logic and troubleshooting system. Suggest alternate solutions to add new functionalities to customize tools. Develop CMAKE Source compilation on all platforms (Windows, MAC, and Linux) of this tool to align with the new project. Monitor and remediate identified incident per pre agreement resolution timeframe. Interact and coordinate with onsite team frequently to customize tool for Cisco DAS development. Customize and configure the tool Endpoint Application Inspector to communicate with Cloud server based on the configuration. Enable CI/CD pipeline for all developed utilities and tools. Coordinate development activities, evaluate and report performance of project. Prepare and maintain documents along with snapshot for cisco supplier sites. Implement Cloud extensions Phase 1 & phase 2 of Endpoint Application Inspector tool to support Cisco data analytics in Cisco DAS after understanding their unique environment and business problems. Implement and deploy Open stack Cloud instance to support Cisco data analytics in Cisco DAS after understanding their unique environment and business problems. Prepare unit test cases, unit testing and integration testing for customization. Develop scripts to create Endpoint Application Inspector policies and packages for every release which will be used in Cisco DAS to trust network services. Analyze and fix defects found by QA and product owners. Work closely with Quality Assurance Team to close out all open defects. Manage the tool and deploy it in UCS and do server monitoring for the same. Install ESX server and VCenter in UCS and configure PXE boot setup in VMware to boot the tester via VMware PXE boot setup. Provide on-site support to the customer during the initial usage phase, ironing out issues, tuning the solutions and implementing customer-requested changes. Train Cisco IT engineers post implementation on these solutions and help them get maximum benefit. As an initial note, no international travel will be required for this position. This position will require travel within the U.S. Travel and work at client sites as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Requires Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering (Any), Information Technology, Computer Technology, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems or related field plus one (1) year of experience in the job offered, or related IT or engineering role. Will accept a Bachelors degree plus five (5) years of described experience in lieu of Masters degree plus one (1) year of described experience. Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable. Base Salary: $197,829 - $198,000/Year (whatever range we reasonably expect to hire a candidate within based upon our internal salary grid). Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, education, and/or to comply with federal or state law. As an initial note, no international travel will be required for this position. This position will require travel within the U.S. Travel and work at client sites as assigned.
