Salary: $125,000 - $185,000 per year
A bit about us:We are a 30+ year veteran of the Colorado construction industry, specializing in commercial projects around $20M-$40M with larger projects upwards of $100M+. We specialize in market rate housing, affordable housing, senior living, public work, and higher ed projects throughout the greater Denver area.

Job Details- 12+ years' experience as a commercial construction superintendent, with demonstrated progression in scope and responsibility
- Demonstrated success in managing large ($35mm and up) and complex projects
- Experience managing zero lot-line projects
- Experience with multifamily housing with parking structures
- Experience with Infinity metal framing or a similar system is desired, but not required
- Holds Class A Contractor Supervisor Certification in a Colorado Front Range municipality, or ability to attain within 12-months
- LEED accreditation is a plus
