The Impact You'll Be Contributing to Moloco:

The Strategy and Operations team in the Office of the CEO shapes the strategy and operating rhythm of Moloco, enabling our business to continue to grow and scale. We lead strategy engagements with our CEO and his leadership team, oversee the business cadence (e.g., strategic planning, leadership forums), and roll up our sleeves to deliver against the most emergent companies priorities.

How Do I Know if the Role is Right For Me?
  • Deep Ads experience - comprehensive understanding of the broader ads ecosystem, including advertisers, publishers and adtech platforms
  • 8+ years of experience
  • Strategy experience - management consulting and/or corporate strategy function
  • Experience managing and executing strategic programs.
  • You're comfortable developing and implementing corporate strategy while working with executive level stakeholders
  • Ownership and passion for continuous growth and creating impact
Our Compensation And Benefits (for United States Residents Only)

In accordance with various state laws, the range provided is a reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills and abilities. We also offer a competitive benefits package.

Base Compensation Range:

$147,200 - $220,800 USD
