We are looking for a dynamic Sr. Staff Accountant to play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations at Stage 3 Separation. The essential functions and responsibilities of this position include assisting with financial reporting for external and internal stakeholders, ensuring accurate documentation of all financial transactions and you will work closely with our supply chain and purchasing teams to maintain accurate inventory counts and pricing agreements with key vendors. Utilizing your senior level financial and accounting experience, you will ensure accuracy for payables and receivables and will provide support and information to all departments within Stage 3.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts

Customer contract management

Customer Invoicing

Customer Invoice Submission

Financial Statement review

Preparation of financial reports

Inventory reconciliation

Act as a liaison for all internal and customer audits

Ensure compliance with vendor pricing agreements

Review AP invoices and POs for accurate coding

Develop and maintain accurate processes

Requirements

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and ABILITIES:

Understanding of financial statements

Understanding of the accounting cycle

Extensive experience with financial reporting

Ability to locate, research and correct discrepancies as needed

A/P, A/R extensive experience

MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION, CREDENTIALS, LICENSE and Experience:

4 year Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, from an Accredited University.

5+ years of progressive accounting experience is required.

Oil and Gas experience is a plus

Microsoft Excel - Advanced user

Microsoft office suite - Advanced user

Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus

Open Invoice experience is a plus
