Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Month-end close activities and reporting.

• Complete journal entries and perform account reconciliations.

• Review of intercompany transactions.

• Assist with the annual audit process and prepare necessary schedules.

• Assist in the preparation of ad hoc financial schedules and reports.

• Perform the daily treasury function of cash receipts and disbursements and timely cash account reconciliations.

• Produce and distribute recurring reports (Daily sales, daily cash movement, etc.).

• Assist in documentation of SOPs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting with 7+ years of general accounting experience.

• SAP experience in a similar role is required.

• A valid CPA license is required.

• Experience with accounting in the manufacturing industry is preferred.

• Proficient with the use of Microsoft excel and word is required.

Hybrid Work Schedule (Work from home Monday and Friday. In the office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.)
