The Headlines: In the role of Senior Specialist, working in Wheat Ridge, CO, you will be responsible for leading, coaching and motivating an operational team to ensure high quality products are produced safely and cost effectively through maximizing operational efficiency. You will lead departmental operations in one of the glass manufacturing areas, towards the vision of a high-performance team culture and drive change management initiatives to continually improve both plant and process operations. This position reports to the Line Lead. The Responsibilities: Act as a resource for technical services and scheduling OTR loads for JIT to multiple customers. Demonstrate high level of commitment and dependability. Demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively to all levels within the organization and customers. Handle multiple requests simultaneously. Coordinate and lead efforts of crew in assigned area to control, safety, personnel, quality, productivity, and costs. Assist in the training of new employees and trainees. Contribute to achievement of safety, health and environmental goals and standards by understanding and complying with all legally required standards, company policies and departmental policies. Contribute to accident prevention, elimination of industrial health risks and avoidance of legal violations by leading by example and making safety practices the number one priority. Provide accurate records of on-line problems for analysis, review information for trends and audit assigned line as required. Create an environment that promotes engagement and supports a high quality of work/life. Behave in a spirit of cooperation and continuous improvement with other Senior Specialist on assigned line and within bottle manufacturing, in support of the vision and mission of RMBC and MillerCoors. Work closely with other Senior Specialists to achieve and exceed all accountabilities. Keep Department manager informed of all exceptions to established goals and standards. Maintain high visibility with team at all times in support of providing technical guidance and leadership. Contribute to the evaluation and performance management of all assigned team members.
