Responsibilities Seeking a mission-focused cleared Software Developer to support and contribute to our government customer's success in Chantilly, Virginia - Must have the required clearance to be considered for this opening . Duties, Tasks & Responsibilities Work within the team to develop new and to enhance existing systems and applications Produce efficient and elegant code based on requirements Test and deploy programs and applications Troubleshoot, debug, maintain, and improve existing software Compile assess user feedback to improve software performance Pro-actively seek opportunities to use process improvement and re-engineering methodologies to facilitate improvements to team processes Qualifications Required Experience, Skills, & Technologies An active security clearance - TS/SCI with a polygraph Five (5) years of relevant experience as a software developer Bachelors' degree in a technical discipline - OR - 5 years additional years of software development experience Three (3) year of hands-on Python experience: Experience developing REST APIs with frameworks such as Django, FastAPI Experience developing CRUD logic using ORM frameworks or libraries for integration of relational and non-relational databases such as PostgreSQL or Elasticsearch Three (3) year of hands-on React or other component-based JavaScript frameworks (like Vue or Angular) experience: Experience with Redux Toolkit state management Experience with Material UI Framework Experience with unit testing One (1) year of Docker experience Experience with Microservice Architecture Development & Cloud Services Experience with Machine Learning model integration Analytic thinker who works well in a team environment Experience with agile development tools such as Git for version control and Jira for task tracking Desired Experience, Skills & Technologies Experience with Terraform infrastructure-as-code Experience with Elasticsearch Experience with CI/CD automation tools Experience with Kubernetes Security Clearance Requirement TS/SCI with a favorable polygraph Schedule Weekly Hours Full-time on-site Benefits Offered Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Tuition/Training Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid Time Off, and Holidays.
