Senior Software Application Tester with Security Clearance

GripFire Inc. is seeking a Senior Software Application Tester to Join our Rapidly Growing Team. We provide a broad array of capabilities with an emphasis in specialized Software Engineering. • Position: Senior Software Application Tester
• Location: Annapolis Junction, MD
• Type of position: Hybrid
• Clearance: Active TS/SCI FSP (Maryland NSA) Required skills and demonstrated experience:
• Working in a SAFE Agile software development environment.
• Developing automated test scripts (e.g., Selenium, SoapUI, Katalon, Cucumber)
• Managing software code using Git & MAVEN
• Full Systems Engineering Lifecyle (SELC) experience that includes:
• Testing from web applications which use modern JavaScript front-end frameworks (e.g. React, Angular, Vue) and/or backend run-time environment (Node.js).
• Testing applications interfacing with REST-based APIs/services.
• Software testing and troubleshooting of software issues for SIGINT systems using test-driven development frameworks.
• Experience testing applications for 508 compliances.
• Experience with automatic testing and generating test scripts.
• Working experience with behaviour-driven developments (BDD) such as Cucumber and Lettuce.
• Experience with STEP, TD&E, and AO testing process.
• Full Systems Engineering Lifecyle (SELC) experience that includes Twenty (20) years or more of: Analysing, translating, and managing user requirements and decompose into software solutions.
• Participate in establishing and gaining approval of the definition of a system or component under development (requirements, designs, interfaces, test procedures, etc.) that provides a common reference point for hardware and software developers.
• Developing simple data queries for existing or proposed databases or data repositories.
• Software integration (new and existing systems)
• Troubleshooting, debugging and defects correction.
• Creation and editing of software system documentation.
• Assisting with development and execution of test procedures for software components.
