Enterprise Horizon is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Engineer to join part-time to support our Navy client. The project is based in Mechanicsburg, PA and remote work is available. The person in this position will aid the ServiceNow Lead to develop workflows and automate processes related to patching, imaging, software configuration, ticketing, hardware and software change management, code promotion, metrics gathering, and statistical analysis.Responsibilities include:
- Develop Request and automations using the ServiceNow platform
- Develop Cloud asset onboarding requests and delivery automations
- Developing NAVSUP User onboarding automations
- Develop RMF Automations and workflows
- Improve efficiencies around STIG Automations
- Develop Change management notifications and deployment processes
- Develop CAB requests and management processes
- 311 Ticketing improvements
Work Schedule: Remote, 10-20 hours per week.
Requirements
- Active Public Trust or higher level clearance is required.
- IAT Level II baseline certification required (Security+ or allowed substitution)
- Expert-level ServiceNow skills
Military Installation Access:
- Active Public Trust or higher level clearance is required.
- U.S. Citizenship required.
- Must be able to qualify for and obtain a base access pass in a timely manner.
- Must be able to obtain a favorable National Security Agency Check (NACI) including an FBI fingerprint check.

Pay Scale
$80-100/hour commensurate with experience and qualifications.
