Your Role: Experienced Senior Technician As an Experienced Senior Technician at WCTractor, you'll be at the forefront of our success, performing shop duties with precision and expertise. Job Duties: Unleash Your Potential Diagnostic Expertise: Your seasoned experience in diesel, heavy equipment, and small engine repair will shine as you take on diagnostic challenges. Brand Expertise: Work with industry-leading brands such as New Holland and Kubota, showcasing your proficiency with tools and machinery. Tool Mastery: From forklifts to agricultural equipment, your proficiency with tools and machinery will play a crucial role in our shop operations. Customer Impact: As the face of our service, your excellent communication and customer service skills will build lasting relationships with our valued customers. Shop Leadership: Take the lead as a floater, providing guidance to technicians, supervising shop activities, and ensuring service repairs are on track. Quality Control: Your meticulous eye for detail will ensure all repairs meet our high-quality standards. Qualifications Qualifications: Your Passport to Success High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum 10 years of experience in diesel or heavy equipment and small engine equipment repair. Proficient in operating forklifts, agricultural, turf, and light construction equipment. Diagnostic and repair experience is a must. Extensive experience with hand tools, including air-driven tools. Must possess a full set of tools. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
