Responsibilities Noblis MSD supports the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) and Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) in their mission to enable research, development, test and evaluation, acquisition, engineering, systems integration, in-service and fleet engineering with cybersecurity, comprehensive logistics, and life-cycle savings. Noblis MSD is seeking a Senior Security Network Engineer to support Navy programs. Responsibilities include: Leading and directing permissions on folders using Security Groups in Active Directory. Providing server administration including building and managing physical and virtual servers required for daily operation. Providing server updates using Windows Server Update Services (WSUS). Building Images and reimaging PCs as required using Microsoft Deployment Toolkit. Completing STIG checklist in compliance with requirements. Scanning new systems with ACAS to ensure compliance with latest plugins. Installing McAfee products (Agent, HIPS, DLP, and Antivirus) and monitoring all systems using HBSS to ensure compliance with DISA requirements. Required Qualifications REQUIRED EXPERIENCE for Senior Security Network Engineer position: Eight (8) years' experience in network security, demonstrating strong experience with Cisco Prime Infrastructure, understanding of IEEE 802.11 protocols, familiarity with TCP/IP (specifically Layers 3/4), and switching and routing protocols (internet standards and general architecture) and associated hardware. ReadSeal Experience Cisco ASA Cisco Firepower Switching and Troubleshooting Cisco Wireless LAN Controller Cisco DNA Center Bluecoat Proxy RSA Server Cisco ISE This is a Cyber Security Workforce IAT II position- the candidate MUST hold one of the following active certifications: IAT Level III CISSP/CCNP-Routing or CCNP Security Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or an equivalent technical degree from an accredited college or university or a minimum of 6 years of equvilant work experience. Salary at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, and clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is provided within the posting and are based on full time status. Part time staff receive a prorated salary based on regularly scheduled hours. The estimated minimum and maximum displayed represents the broadest range for this position (inclusive of high geographic and high clearance requirements), and is just one component of Noblis' total compensation package for employees.
