Senior SAP Supply Chain Implementation Specialist

Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP supply-to-supply-to-production lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of hands-on experience with SAP ECC, specializing in requirements gathering, solution design, implementation, testing, and cutover processes within the supply chain domain. As the SAP Supply to Production Lead, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end implementation projects, ensuring smooth transitions from supply to production phases.Responsibilities:Lead the requirements-gathering process, collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into SAP solutions.Design comprehensive solutions within the SAP ECC environment to optimize supply chain processes from procurement to production.Oversee the implementation of SAP solutions, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.Conduct thorough testing of SAP configurations and customizations, identifying and resolving issues to ensure system stability and functionality.Manage the cutover process, coordinating activities to minimize disruptions during the transition to production.Provide guidance and support to project team members, leveraging your expertise to mentor junior colleagues.Serve as a primary point of contact for project stakeholders, communicating project status, risks, and dependencies effectively.Willingness to travel to China for project-related activities as needed.Utilize strong communication skills to foster collaboration and build rapport with team members and stakeholders.Mandatory must-haves:Over 10 years of SAP ECC experience in requirements gathering, solution design, implementation, testing, cutoverAt least 5 full cycles of implementationUS Citizen/GreencardWilling to travel to ChinaGood communication and the ability to speak Chinese is a plus
