The Position: As our Senior Salesforce Developer, you'll play a vital role at RPM Living. We are looking for an individual that will be central to continually improving and enhancing the Salesforce platform for our organization. Our Salesforce instance is of great importance to us, therefore you should keep the wider organization's best interests in mind composing and deploying any code.
We are looking for someone who can take ownership of all programmatic requests as well as managing other developers. You will work alongside our Salesforce Administrator and Salesforce Developer to collaborate on specifications based on stakeholder requirements, validate the proposals, and deliver the solutions.
The Senior Salesforce Developer will work within the Analytics department and report to the Director of Salesforce.

Responsibilities:

Collaborating with Salesforce Leadership and other Stakeholders to validate business requirements and considerations

Develop Apex classes and triggers within the Financial Force, Apex Commons framework

Customize User Interface development, including Lightning pages, and Lightning Web Components

Use Salesforce APIs to integrate with other systems used in the organization

Adhere to Salesforce best practices, maintain code documentation, and write / maintain test classes for all custom development

Take ownership of release cycles to implement and deploy new/updates to existing applications and code

Manage other Developers workload and perform code reviews to ensure best practices are adhered to

Collaborating with Data Engineering and Tableau Analysts deliver solutions across the business

Enjoy being part of a dynamic team that participates in many high-profile projects

Qualifications:
5+ years of experience with Apex and Salesforce Sales Cloud Development

2+ years of experience managing a team

A proactive attitude to Salesforce enhancements and bringing existing code into best practices

Analytical and problem-solving skills

Must have strong attention to detail when communicating with end users (verbal & written)

Strong attention to data quality and accuracy
