Location: Overland Park, Kansas RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collaborate closely with architects, developers, testers and key stakeholders to identify client needs, gather user requirements, and craft compelling user stories.
Immerse yourself in a dynamic and engaging environment where your contributions directly impact government initiatives.
Spearheading the creation of an enterprise-wide CRM solution using the Salesforce platform.
Facilitating the creation of Business Requirements following an Agile approach or using the Business Process and Analysis (BPA) methodology, as determined by the project sponsor.
Developing comprehensive E2E test cases at both the application and multi-application levels.
Managing Scoring (approving) and claiming processes with Business and Technology stakeholders to review and refine business requirements and use cases, ensuring they are clear, concise, traceable, and aligned with business objectives.
Identifying project stakeholders, assessing risks and benefits of alternate designs, documenting assumptions, and evaluating the project impact of system changes on users, internal and external customers.
Developing Business Requirements (BRQs), including process flows and use cases.
Conducting BRQ reviews with project stakeholders and document consumers to ensure completeness and adherence to business requirements.
Consulting with internal customers, cross-functional team members, and external vendors to capture agreed-upon business objectives and processes to define business requirements.
Providing BA support for software testing and debugging plans to ensure requirements are met.
Generating status reports on project progress, issues, dependencies, and risks.
Identifying risks/pitfalls and articulating possible options.
Possessing a deep understanding of the business in one functional area, with a broad understanding of other functional areas, is highly desirable. QUALIFICATIONS: Should have 7+ years of experience.
An active Secret Clearance
Must have 3+ years of SF experience.
Must complete Salesforce Sales Cloud Certification. Nice If You Have: Experience in facilitating strategic, consultative sessions with clients. Experience with Scaled Agile Framework, Scrum, or Kanban. Experience in government or Healthcare IT industries.
Experience with the Salesforce platform. Knowledge of Visio or LucidChart.
Salesforce Admin Certification.
