Responsibilities: Effectively communicate our value proposition with a technical audience and understand their goals and challenges to determine how Elasticsearch solutions can address them. Prepare and deliver technical presentations about Elasticsearch software solutions to prospective customers. Collaborate with sales, marketing and our partner team to develop new strategies to build our sales pipeline and grow our business. Balance the reactive work of responding to interested users with a creative and proactive approach to identify new opportunities. Use Salesforce, Marketo, LinkedIn, and other prospecting tools to research accounts, identify key contacts and craft targeted messaging. Telecommuting available from anywhere in the U.S. Requirements: Associates degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Systems or related subject area, plus two (2) years of experience in job offered, Account Development Representative, Product Manager, Account Manager or related occupation. Special Requirements: Academic training or experience must include the following skills: Experience creating cloud roadmaps for customer use cases Experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) software Experience gathering technical requirements Experience developing cloud, multi-cloud, or hybrid strategies for revenue and productivity Experience in Machine Learning, Big Data, and Bot Development Employer will accept any suitable combination of training, education or experience.
