What Your Key Responsibilities Will Be Develop hot-electron injection device technology. Lead characterization and measurement of materials and devices. Participate in device specification and fabrication, where appropriate. Provide guidance to other lab personnel in device fabrication and measurement. Lead technical guidance of device fabrication at external facilities. What You Should Know What We Can Offer The annual salary for this full-time position is $150,000. What We Require PhD in in Electronics or Electrical Engineering At least 5 years experience in developing and analyzing metal-insulator-metal diode technology and physics. At least 10 years experience in sputtered material deposition and analysis, including academic and industrial experience. Experience with evaporation, ALD, UV lithography. What You Will Need Deep knowledge of sputtering. Experience with contact and stepper lithography. Mastery of materials characterization including spectroscopic ellipsometry, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, ultraviolet photoelectron spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, XPS for X-ray photoelectron and spectroscopy analysis. What We Would Like You to Have Understanding of optical and terahertz material characterization.
