Job Details

Our legal firm is seeking an experienced Real Estate and Corporate Transaction Associate to join our team. This is a full-time position with excellent benefits and opportunities for growth within the firm. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate law and corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, partnerships, and commercial transactions. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious attorney who is looking to take their career to the next level.

Responsibilities:

  • Draft and negotiate real estate contracts, including purchase agreements, leases, and financing agreements.
  • Advise clients on real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and development projects.
  • Assist with due diligence and closing activities for mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and other corporate transactions.
  • Draft and negotiate partnership agreements, joint venture agreements, and other corporate documents.
  • Provide legal advice on a wide range of commercial transactions, including licensing agreements, vendor contracts, and service agreements.
  • Work collaboratively with other attorneys and legal professionals to provide high-quality legal services to clients.
  • Manage client relationships and provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • 2+ years of experience in real estate law and corporate transactions.
  • Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Experience with mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and partnerships.
  • Bonus eligibility with 1500 hours. Bill more, earn evern more.
