Responsibilities:

Quality Oversight: Spearhead quality assurance initiatives across all stages of product development, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Process Improvement: Identify areas for process enhancement and drive implementation of best practices to optimize efficiency and quality in the development lifecycle.

Risk Management: Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to mitigate potential issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop risk mitigation strategies.

Quality Metrics Tracking: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate product quality and track performance, providing regular reports to stakeholders.

Audits and Compliance: Lead internal and external audits to assess compliance with regulatory standards and internal quality management systems, implementing corrective actions as necessary.

Training and Development: Develop and deliver quality assurance training programs to educate team members on quality processes, standards, and tools.

Documentation Management: Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation of quality processes, procedures, and test results in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product management, development, and regulatory affairs to ensure alignment on quality objectives and priorities.

Skills / Qualifications:

Quality Assurance Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality assurance within the Automation Testing.

Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of regulatory requirements relevant to the industry, such as Automation Testing, and experience in applying them to product development processes.

Quality Management Systems (QMS): Proficiency in implementing and maintaining Quality Management Systems (QMS), including experience with documentation management and audit processes.

Process Improvement: Demonstrated ability to identify process inefficiencies and drive process improvement initiatives, resulting in enhanced quality and efficiency.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to conduct thorough risk assessments and root cause analyses.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate quality-related concepts and issues to diverse audiences.

Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail with a focus on ensuring accuracy and completeness in quality documentation and processes.

Team Collaboration: Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve quality objectives and drive continuous improvement.
