What are we looking for in our Senior QA Analyst?
Title: Senior QA Analyst
Duration: 12 Months
Location: Remote
Pay Range: $55/hr to $64/hr on W2 (As per experience)
Summary:
The live Ops QA Manager is accountable for driving the day-to-day execution of our live services program supporting our 1p Studios. This individual will own the relationship with our external QA partners as well as our internal studio teams, aligning on the live service roadmap and aligning our QA partners to support those titles. You will manage the testing and certification of each release, as well as the operational duties such as updating Salesforce and managing our tools data.
Responsibilities:
- Lead an external QA team focused on supporting our 1p LiveOps QA program.
- Enforce the QA live ops process with internal and external partners.
- Build on existing QA team metrics for measurement of quality and operational excellence.
- Establish and maintain strong communication with cross-functional teams for testing post launch updates for all LiveOps titles.
- Clearly communicate issues, risks, concerns, and successes to stakeholders
- Drive weekly sync calls with internal and external teams.
- Work directly with our development teams, delivering high-quality functional and content post-launch releases.
- Manage multiple products and roadmaps for titles in QA, simultaneously.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of QA Project Management experience in VR, console, or PC video games
- Understanding of the game production life cycle, tools, end-to-end game QA process, and execution planning, with an emphasis on support live service titles
- 3+ years' experience working with external vendors or teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Platform QA and new hardware development experience
- Experience managing Live service AAA titles on console or PC.
- Experience with multiple genres of PC and/or console games.
- Experience with multiple bugs tracking databases.
- Experience with Salesforce
- Experience scaling QA teams and operations.
- Experience with Compliance and Certification testing.
- VR development experience
- Strong communication- see a problem and be solution focused PLUS able to share that solution with others.
