With direct reporting to the Executive Director of Physician Development and dotted line reporting to the Manager of Talent, this person will act as a strategic member to the talent acquisition team, assists in the sourcing and outreach necessary for building a provider recruitment pipeline and develop programs to ensure the flow of quality applicants to meet the mission of MarinHealth. This individual in this position acts as the subject matter expert on topics related to specialization, healthcare market insights, labor changes, marketing initiatives, sourcing strategies, attraction of diverse candidates and ever-changing recruitment trends. Job Description: EXPERIENCE A minimum of five years of recruiting experience in the healthcare environment Experience with recruitment of hard to fill positions and providers Ability to use data for strategic decision making and demonstration of planning through effective metrics Proven success with sourcing techniques, such has targeted approaches, Boolean searches, and managing social platforms to attract diverse candidate pools Experience with networking sites, applicant tracking systems and behavioral interviewing Ability to positively represent MarinHealth to potential prospects Deep understanding of local and national labor trends Certification in talent acquisition, Lean recruiting, provider recruitment, or sourcing highly desired PREREQUISITE SKILLS Proven experience as a Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist or Sourcer Experience using data and analytics to make effective presentations, establish ROI, and optimize sourcing strategies Knowledge of federal and state employment laws that pertain to EEO, compensation, and compliance Experience in analyzing recruiting needs, formulate a strategy to meet needs and implementing strategies/plans Must have demonstrated experience building relationships, including superior communication and follow through skills Must be confident having discussions with hiring leaders on strategy discussions, needs, compensation, offers, etc Must be comfortable and available to plan and host candidate site visits and work collaboratively with practice managers and providers. Demonstrated ability to use independent judgment which incumbents determine and/or develop appropriate procedures and methods to use in the absence of guidelines or technical assistance from superiors and make, or significantly influence staffing decisions that could have significant financial and operational impact EDUCATION A bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, business administration. or a relevant field preferred; sufficient combination of work experience and training may substitute education LICENSE/REGISTRATION/CERTIFICATION Physician/Provider Recruitment Professional Certification (CPRP) highly preferred ESSENTIAL (not modifiable) Executes the practitioner recruitment and selection processes in the interest of MarinHealth. This includes oversight of the job posting process, applicant screening/interview/selection process, coordinating the pre- and post-job offer, and ensuring effective and applicable new hire orientation and/or training. The incumbent is responsible for identifying, evaluating and making recommendations (including diversity outreach, community groups, social media, and job fairs) and drive the production of recruitment marketing campaigns. The selected candidate's compensation will be determined based on the individual's skills, experience, internal/market equity factors, and qualifications. Furthermore, all compensation decisions are ultimately determined in accordance with our compensation philosophy. Compensation for positions covered by collective bargaining agreements are governed by the agreements in the aforementioned document.
