Senior Proposal Manager, with experience working on public pursuits: municipal, county, state, and federal proposals and believe in Building Relationships Based on Trust and Results - we need you. Position is located in any of K2M's office locations, or fully remote for the right candidate.
K2M is looking for an individual contributor to lead proposal development with a small in house marketing team - read on if you love chasing the wins.

Responsibilities:- Responsible for leading the proposal process, including the creation, organization, development, and production of proposals and other formally requested customer and/or market-initiated information.
- Provides technical writing, technical editing, production coordination, document management, and content development of proposal documentation through final production.
- Researches background materials and interprets proposal requirements to prepare responses.
- Produce writing and other content creation tasks for the sales and marketing teams, including marketing materials, proposals, web site, social media, and general business communications.
- Prepares proposals and presentations by developing go to market content strategies in deliverable material with market leaders.
- Maintaining databases for branding, proposal / marketing content and standard components, such as company information, resumes, project experience sheets, and services.
- Assist with the application and submittal to design competitions and other types of company awards.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or University with a background in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or Public Relations.
- (10+) years' work experience writing and developing proposals.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud programs. Indesign a must.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and O365 Programs.
- Aptitude for learning new programs.
- Experience working on public proposals.
