The Senior Proposal Analyst plays a key role in the organization's asset growth and retention efforts by providing end-to-end management of complex and sophisticated RFPs and DDQs. The Senior Proposal Analyst's efforts in completing RFP and DDQ submissions directly impact asset and revenue growth and are a critical function in the sales cycle. In this role, you will work closely with members of the distribution, investment product, legal, compliance, HR, and related operational support teams.

• Bachelor's degree required
• A minimum of 3-5 years experience in the financial services industry, with a background in client service, operations and/or project management
• Knowledge of Fidelity and our institutional and intermediary offerings preferred
• Superior project management skills and the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills as you will often be working with investment professionals and other senior members of Fidelity
• Ability to work autonomously, making independent decisions based on business objectives and priorities
• You are adaptable, curious and comfortable pivoting between competing priorities across asset class and product deliverables
• You are a problem solver and quick to develop/offer solutions that improve processes and increase efficiencies

• Lead critical end-to-end management of RFPs and client and consultant due diligence questionnaires, which have a direct business impact on asset and revenue growth
• Lead project workstreams and effectively manage business partner expectations in the execution of large, complex RFPs and due diligence questionnaires
• Provide direction to internal business partners, setting timelines, anticipating and raising issues, and delivering status updates to key collaborators
• Work across the Fidelity organization, partnering closely with members of the investment product, distribution, compliance, legal, risk, finance and operation teams to complete and/or review narrative responses
• Assure the integrity of quantitative firm and product data using key tools (e.g., Oracle Business Intelligence and Performance Workstation)
• Oversee the delivery of final RFPs and DDQs to internal business partners, ensuring final deliverables adhere to branding guidelines

Fidelity Institutional (FI) Investment Marketing Services is looking for a Senior Proposal Analyst to join the Proposal Services Team, which partners with the FI distribution teams to implement best-in-class responses to requests for proposals (RFPs) and client/consultant due diligence questionnaires (DDQs).

At Fidelity TalentSource, our goal is for most people to work flexibly in a way that balances both personal and business needs with time onsite and offsite through what we call "Dynamic Working." Most associates will have a hybrid schedule with a requirement to work onsite at a Fidelity location for at least one week, 5 consecutive days, every four weeks.
