Our company is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Senior Property Manager to join our team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing commercial properties, ensuring property maintenance and tenant satisfaction, and overseeing financial operations. This role is perfect for a seasoned professional who is well-versed in commercial real estate, property management, facilities management, and has a passion for providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of commercial properties, including maintenance, tenant relations, and vendor management.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure properties are in excellent condition and to identify any potential risks.
  • Develop and manage annual budgets for each property, including forecasting and variance reporting.
  • Negotiate and manage leases, ensuring compliance with all terms and conditions.
  • Coordinate and oversee tenant improvement projects.
  • Manage risk effectively, ensuring all properties are adequately insured and all safety regulations are upheld.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Keep up-to-date with market trends and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Associate Degree or Bachelor's Degree in accounting, business, economics, finance, commercial real estate, property management, or facilities management.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in property management, preferably in a senior role.
  • Current California real estate license.
  • CPM, CSM, and RPA certifications.
  • LEED Certification.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience in commercial tenant improvement and lease management.
  • Experience in retail property management.
  • Strong vendor management skills.
  • Excellent risk management and property inspection skills.
  • Experience in creating and managing annual budgets.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
  • A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
