KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF SENIOR PROPERTY ACCOUNTANT:
- Financial Statements: Prepare and review financial statements ensuring accuracy.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis of property portfolios to support strategic decision-making.
- Month-End Close: Manage month-end close processes, including reconciliations and journal entries, to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to budgeting and forecasting activities for assigned properties.
- Audit Support: Assist in the preparation for audits, providing necessary documentation and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
QUALIFICATIONS OF THE SENIOR PROPERTY ACCOUNTANT:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Hospitality/5+ years of experience preferred.
- Proven experience in financial statement preparation and analysis.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
