Job Details

Responsibilities:
Develop project plans, presents plans to management, and executes plans in a timely manner
Develop manufacturing process performance requirements
Implements all capital projects for company plants
Trains and mentors junior engineers in project management.
Employ six sigma and lean methodologies

REQUIREMENTS:
BS Degree in Industrial, Electrical, Chemical, or Mechanical engineering discipline. Graduate degree in engineering or MBA preferred
5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience supporting and leading technical projects
Must be able to lead and execute plant capital projects
Automation experience is a plus
Six Sigma and lean training
30% domestic travel as required
