Salary: $110,000 - $140,000 per year

Based in the Minneapolis area, we are a well-established builder that has been in business for 30+ years. We specialize in commercial construction with most of our projects being in the $1-10M range. Projects include restaurants, offices, retail, grocery, hotels, medical buildings and more.

Due to growth, we have an immediate need for a Senior Project Manager.

Job Details

MUST HAVE
+ Experience as a Project Manager at a GC
+ Experience with commercial construction

NICE TO HAVE
+ Experience with ground-up
+ ProCore or similar construction software experience
