As a senior leader in the program management team you will help define and reshape our approach to program management. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative and influential leader with the skills to drive results throughout the program lifecycle: Pursuit (proposals), Design (development), Production (sustainment) ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
• Collaborative leadership to drive quality and performance in program deliverables and requirements
• Translate and delegate customer contractual requirements to appropriate functional stakeholders
• Clearly define program resource requirements and program priorities through detailed program schedules
• Actively engage in strategic planning for current and future business
• Requirements analysis, resource allocation, deliverable tracking, schedule and financial data monitoring
• Primary point of contact for the Contracting Officer or Government counterpart
• Utilize expert communication skills to direct resources effectively, report on technical issues, as well as write and review technical documents
• Occasionally international travel may be required
• Performs other duties as assigned by management EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS
• Ability to obtain a government security clearance is required; US citizenship is required
• Demonstrated leadership experience in a vertically integrated product line
• Managing contracts and subcontracts with various types and complexities
• Proposal support to include leading responses to RFPs or RFIs as well as participating in cost estimating activities
• Ability to provide FAR/DFAR regulation guidance to program team
• Adaptability to dynamic work environment and shifting customer priorities, resolving resolution options to internal and external stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related field, preferred
• Minimum 5 years' experience, preferred
