Senior Program Manager/Executive Administrator with Security Clearance

Description PWS Position Title: Knowledge Management and Program Support Services Position Location: Washington D.C. Clearance Level: DHS Public Trust Responsibilities (including but not limited to): Responsible for assisting the Office of Enterprise Services (OES) Front Office in their management and oversight of the OES Divisions and their respective projects. Work across multiple projects to highlight, identify and build on interdependencies with OES Work with the OES leadership to assist their management of individual projects. Assist in the facilitation of communication between cross-functional teams. Collaborate with Division Directors to ensure that programs/projects align with OES overall strategy and management plan. Work with OES Leadership to develop a robust communications plan to deliver, monitor and manage internal and external communications. Anticipated responsibilities related to the Executive Administrator portion of this position include: Provide high-level administrative support to key stakeholders and department leaders within KMO offices including: Calendar Management Travel Arrangements Correspondence and Communication Meeting Support Information Management Project Support Administrative Support Qualifications 10+ years of experience in business / management /performance consulting, process improvement, strategy, financial management, or a related field. Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline. Experience managing complex teams. Proficient user of MS Office Suite including Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, Outlook Proficient in program development and strategic advisory Ability to obtain and maintain a DHS Public Trust Desired Qualification: MA/MS degree Professional certification (e.g., CPT, PMP, Six Sigma Green/Black Belt)
