Mayvin is currently seeking an experienced Senior Program Analyst to conduct current operations and plans in support of the Forensic Exploitation Department (FXD) global mission. A successful candidate can i dentify needs and requirements of Combatant Commands, develop strategies and policy responses, and staff and coordinate operations at the FXD. This position is based in Gillem Enclave, Forest Park, GA. Must be a U.S. Citizen. Must have an active Secret clearance. Responsibilities: Responsible for the development of policies, plans, and procedures that impact on the FXD's overall operational function Manages the METL (Mission Essential Task List) for the FXD and FXL (Forensic Exploitation Laboratory) and ensures that all business processes are properly aligned Formulates, prepares, and disseminates multi-mode movement planning guidance for the FXLs using applicable directives, regulations, plans, and requirements emanating from the Joint Chiefs of Staff (JCS), Department of the Army (DA), and unified/combatant commands Serves as a top advisor and consultant to the FXD Senior Operations and Plans Officer and fellow staff in the formulation and implementation of FXD Operations and when deployed serves as the focal point for FXD interaction with external inter- and intra-agency working groups and staffs addressing issues and policies impacting forensic exploitation operations Plans, coordinates, and executes programs, policy, and procedures pertaining to DFSC (Defense Forensics Science Center), FXD, and FXL mission, analyzing across multiple investigative and forensic organizations/activities Formulates procedural guidance for FXD staff and related Government Intelligence Representatives (GIRs) through FXD and multi-Service instructions for use in conducting surveillance for compliance of operations both nationally and internationally Oversees and monitors the statistical and narrative reports. Develops charts/graphs incorporating back up material such as analyses, summaries, and recommendations for FXD presentations Qualifications: Eight (8) years of experience as a program or systems analyst utilizing qualitative and quantitative methods to analyze organizational effectiveness for Anti-Terrorism/Force Protection (AT/FP), Counterterrorism, and/or Expeditionary Forensic program requirements Four (4-6) years of prior military experience that includes one or more of the following or similar disciplines: intelligence, operations, information command control information, communications Bachelor's Degree (Preferred: Graduate School of Advanced Military Studies (SAMS) Experience with the development, testing, and integration of systems within a formal DoD acquisition process, with ability to assist in the documentation and guidance necessary to navigate the acquisition steps Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing (i.e., experience in writing technical reports, presenting briefs) to civilian and military leadership Professional proficiency with Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook to effectively and accurately present briefings, findings, and recommendations to all levels of management Must be able to successfully pass all medical requirements for deployment Preferred: Prior experience serving at the Geographic Combatant Command, Service Component Command, Joint Staff or HQDA level About Mayvin: Mayvin offers our employees an innovative culture, excellent benefits and amenities, an inclusive work environment, ongoing career development, and recognition and rewards to honor hard work.
