Collaborators: You're a great contributor to a high performing team that accomplishes great feats for our clients What You Will Do: Lead a cross functional team of 20+ government and multiple contractors
Interact daily with the system and software development teams; setting priorities and ensuring cost, schedule and performance parameters are met
Lead all aspects of program development planning, software and hardware development, and release schedules
Establish and communicate clear, concise, testable, and approved Community Requirements. Decompose Community Requirements into low level system function and non-functional requirements
Ensure error free delivery of new functionality to the operational community to include: systems, software, and documentation (i.e., user manual, maintenance manuals, etc.)
Lead day-to-day task management of the project within a cross-functional team, maintain responsibility for the quality control and configuration management of all work performed, ensure all deliverables meet requirements of the contract and are delivered on time, elevate risks early, and communicate the status of the project to stakeholders
Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, manage and report the status of all project management and technical activities, and work with personnel ranging from senior leadership to highly specialized engineers
Participate and lead client engagements, including strategic analysis, planning, execution of solutions, and interface directly with the client in the execution of duties, as necessary Position Requirements: Must have an active TS/SCI clearance Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering)
Eight (8) years' experience with the execution and management of large-scale Information Technology (IT) Projects
This includes over two years of direct experience in leading and executing enterprise-wide IT solutions in the private or public sector. Experience includes: Project management of technically and functionally diverse and complex IT Projects; Implementing detailed management techniques such as Earned Value Analysis; IT solution architectural analysis and design; Software and system developmental and acceptance testing; Acts as manager and overall point of contact for a specific project within an overall enterprise-wide IT solution Project.
2+ years of experience with SAFe Agile/Scrum methodology
2+ years of experience using Agile backlog management tool(s), preferably JIRA
2+ years of experience in tracking and updating an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
Strong self-organization and self-management skills with emphasis on self-initiation and follow through
Proven written and oral communication skills Required Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) or DAWIA III in program management Minimum Requirements Maximus TCS (Technology and Consulting Services) Internal Job Profile Code: TCS136, M3, Band 7 Preferred Qualifications: Experience with the Special Access Programs (SAPs) and Intelligence Community (IC)
Experience with or at least knowledge of personnel security systems such as JPAS/DISS or Scattered Castles
Experience developing functional and non-functional requirements for IT Security Systems
Knowledge and/or understanding of Joint Special Access Program Implementation Guide (JSIG)
Experience with or at least knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IDAM)
Experience writing and approval processes for Memorandums of Understanding, Memorandums of Agreement and System Of Record Notices
Experience developing the standards, criteria, and guidelines upon which personnel security eligibility determinations are based
The ability to work independently The ability to adapt in fast paced environments, comfort with ambiguity
Familiarity with cloud technologies, security practices, and agile methodologies.

Annual salary is just one component of Maximus's total compensation package. Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards.
