What do we look for
We are looking for a motivated Senior Product Manager to work closely with our CEO, CTO, and engineering team to shape, own, and deliver on our product vision and roadmap. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who wants to have significant impact and responsibility.
Responsibilities
- Deeply understand the customer, and varying business requirements across verticals and customer size; engage deeply with customers and prospects in an ongoing manner
- Improve current PKI and Cloud Radius products, while identifying adjacent areas for product expansion and functionality
- Own the product vision, strategy, roadmap and be responsible for it's success in generating value for customers and the business
- Be responsible for the commercial success of the product - ensure we build the right products for our customers, price them appropriately, and launch them in market with strong and ongoing sales/marketing enablement
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to ensure correct positioning and messaging
- Oversee the product release process, working closely with Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure a smooth release, and capture feedback
- Partner closely with our engineering teams (based in the Netherlands and India) to ensure consistent on schedule delivery of roadmap items, and overall product quality excellence
- Manage projects from ideation through discovery, execution, launch, and ongoing refinement
- Track product success (sales, customer usage, satisfaction, profitability, etc.) via both qualitative and quantitative measures, and identify opportunities for improvement

Job requirements
- 5+ years of PM experience, managing software products from inception through launch and iteration
- Experience owning a product line end-to-end and being accountable for the product's success
- Experience understanding complex user needs and transforming them into pragmatic product solutions
- Experience at a growth-stage company, or the demonstrated ability to iterate quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Experience working cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales and Customer Success
- Deep understanding of Network Security, PKI, and Identity management
- Preferred: Engineering background
