What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Take the lead of scrum teams as the Product Owner
- Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and product
- Research and analyze market, the users, and the roadmap for the product requirements
- Provide vision and direction to the Agile development team and collaborators throughout the project and build requirements and user stories
- Lead product release plans and set the expectation for delivery of new functionalities

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2 - 5 years working experience as a Product Owner or equivalent work experience
- Experience in or ability to leverage Product Management and Development tools such as Azure Dev Ops, Aha., Jira or equivalent
- In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Domain experience in Pharmacy or Health care
- Strong IT skills
