Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation, maturity and scaling of the technologies for self-serve analytics enablement across marketing efforts , including influencing vendor product roadmaps
- Contribute in defining innovation roadmap for delivering actionable insights across go-to-market platforms and teams, including the leverage of AI
- Define E2E view and state of data, required to enable use cases across customer engagement and journey, advertising, mobile measurements
- Prioritize cross-functional needs to revamp self-serve analytics technology through clear product roadmap, data onboarding and user activation strategy
- Write user stories as part of an Agile framework which include clear acceptance criteria and take into account dependencies on other stories and/or initiatives
- 5+ years of product management experience with a track record for delivering high quality and timely results in fast paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills and experience analyzing data to make informed decisions, as well ability to understanding complex data landscape
- Experience partnering with data engineers and engineering architects on understanding and defining requirements for data enablement pipelines
- Background and domain understanding broadly in martech; experience in product management, preferably in data, analytics and insights space, including self-serve solutions for customer journey analytics, mobile measurements, advertising analytics.
- Proven ability to develop and champion a product roadmap in support of stakeholders' needs and successfully executing a multi-quarter roadmap for a multi-team, cross-functional organization.
- Skilled in evaluating the competitive landscape, identifying compelling solutions, analyzing technologies, and assessing the importance of emerging tools and platforms
- Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to persuade, communicate the vision and drive change. Excels at stakeholder management and influencing across the organization
- BS or BA Degree preferred or equivalent work experience
