Job Title: Senior Product Manager, Consumer Marketing, Alzheimer s Disease
Location: Nutley, NJ 07110 (Hybrid remote - 2 days on-site)
East Coast only

Duration: 6 months with possible extension
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager of Consumer Marketing to join the US Alzheimer s Disease marketing team. This individual will have a passion for consumers and a proven ability to manage and execute integrated consumer promotional campaigns and patient support materials that help enable us to fulfill s human healthcare (hhc) mission, which gives first thought to patients and their families, and helps increase the benefits health care provides.

Key Responsibilities:
This position reports to the Senior Director, Consumer Marketing. This individual will be responsible for planning, identifying, developing, and producing promotional materials and programs that support brand strategies and objectives for Mild Cognitive (MCI)/Alzheimer s Disease patients and their care partners that improve and simplify the patient journey.
Manage, plan, and execute the development of consumer campaign and patient education materials including digital assets, such as online video, emails, display units and banner ads, web content, video, media/paid search content, social media, point of care assets and print.
Manage the consumer marketing budget and development of scopes of work (SOW)
Work collaboratively with the extended team to gain and leverage a deep understanding of the patient journey and relevant caregiver and patient insights
Leverage digital capabilities, innovation, and best practices to drive customer engagement for the brand including identifying and piloting future marketing capabilities
Manage day-to-day interactions with agency partner(s) and other outsourced vendors including media and creative, timelines, status report and budgets
Help establish, analyze, and develop campaign performance updates for consumer marketing programs (media, digital tactics, website) and optimize
Ensure all programs and activities are conducted in accordance with Legal and Compliance policies and Pharma industry regulations
Contribute to the development of the annual and 5 year brand business plan and budget
Qualifications:
Bachelor s Degree required; MBA preferred.
Minimum of 3 years relevant marketing experience, preferably in pharmaceutical and/or healthcare industry and 1+ years in a consumer pharmaceutical marketing and/or advertising role.
Knowledge of all relevant regulations and laws affecting promotions including phRMA guidelines and OPDP among others
Experienced in Digital marketing, traditional and non-traditional marketing channels, and demonstrated ability to execute marketing campaigns and tactics
Experience and success in cross-functional teamwork
Ability to thrive in a rapidly evolving, fast-paced work environment.
