Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Manager to join our dynamic Insights Data Technology team, focusing on managing data transformation projects that drive key business initiatives. In this role, you will play a crucial part in connecting the dots among various cross-functional teams, serving as a leader and primary point of contact for stakeholders. Your expertise will be instrumental in maintaining an organized and detailed backlog of work for multiple engineering teams, ensuring the successful execution and delivery of complex data solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Leadership: Act as a leader, defining and driving the product strategy for various data projects. Collaborate with senior management to align the product roadmap with the company's strategic goals.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the liaison between engineering, data science, data governance, and other departments. Ensure seamless communication and collaboration across all teams involved in the project.

- Stakeholder Management: Engage with key stakeholders to gather requirements, set expectations, and provide regular updates on progress. Manage stakeholder interests and priorities while balancing technical and business constraints.

- Backlog Management: Create and maintain a prioritized backlog of work items for multiple engineering teams. Ensure clarity and understanding of the backlog items and their impact on the overall project.

- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics to inform product decisions and track the performance of implemented solutions. Continuously seek opportunities to optimize and enhance product offerings.

- Agile Methodology: Implement and advocate for agile practices within the teams. Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure efficient and effective project execution.

- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and dependencies in project plans. Develop strategies to mitigate risks and ensure the timely delivery of projects.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree.

- Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in data-driven projects or tech companies.

- Strong understanding of data technologies, analytics, and trends.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and analytically.

Estimated compensation for this position is:

Estimated compensation for this position is:

129 400.00 USD per year The pay range listed is a total compensation range including bonus, if applicable. The provided range is an estimate and not guaranteed.
