Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Manager to join our dynamic Insights Data Technology team, focusing on managing data transformation projects that drive key business initiatives. In this role, you will play a crucial part in connecting the dots among various cross-functional teams, serving as a leader and primary point of contact for stakeholders. Your expertise will be instrumental in maintaining an organized and detailed backlog of work for multiple engineering teams, ensuring the successful execution and delivery of complex data solutions.

- Agile Methodology: Implement and advocate for agile practices within the teams. Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure efficient and effective project execution.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and dependencies in project plans. Develop strategies to mitigate risks and ensure the timely delivery of projects.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in data-driven projects or tech companies.
- Strong understanding of data technologies, analytics, and trends.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools.
