Description:
The Identity team is seeking a Senior Product Manager I to oversee various consumer identity initiatives, including how we structure various types of accounts within the company.
As a Product Manager on the team, you will define and drive identity product initiatives, working collaboratively with engineering, design, and legal. Our goal is to give users a more personalized experience while maintaining control of their data. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with analytical drive, product intuition, and relentless customer focus who want to expand their product management skills on a global scale.
Responsibilities:
Define how account structures should function across distinct experiences, between a travel group, a fantasy league , and other scenarios across our range of digital properties
Work with cross-functional teams to identify business problems and tie back to business impact
Author detailed product briefs, epics, and user stories
Develop strong working relationships with engineering, design, marketing, technical program management, legal, quality assurance, and other product managers
Conduct regular product review sessions to align with stakeholders
Define hypotheses for new features and set clearly defined goals and metrics
Review product performance against key metrics while constantly iterating to make feature improvements
Basic Qualifications:
5 years of product management experience that includes defining the strategy and
roadmap for various products, ideally large-scale consumer products and technology platforms
Experience with the full product lifecycle, from initial concept and product discovery to
launch and product optimizations post-launch
Effective collaboration with engineering, design, and product stakeholders
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, rooted in structured problem solving
Adept at driving clarity through all levels of the organization for both technical and non-technical audiences
Good understanding of various consumer privacy laws (e.g., CCPA, GDPR, LGPD), including age appropriate design and child privacy laws
Solid knowledge of user-centric design and data-informed decision making
Strong bias for action and "get it done" attitude
Required:
Bachelor's degree in a related field with at least 5 years of relevant experience
Strong technical, business, and/or design background
Proven experience creating detailed requirement documents
Proven track record of delivering new products
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience building platform products
Experience working on one or more of the following: digital applications, web commerce platforms, compliance, authentication services, or fraud based technology
