Pay Range: $49/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to optimize costs, quality, and delivery performance.
  • Conduct market research and supplier evaluations to identify strategic suppliers and onboard them.
  • Lead supplier negotiations and contract management to ensure favorable terms and conditions.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supplier performance and supply chain efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sourcing strategies with business objectives.
  • Monitor supplier performance and manage supplier relationships to mitigate risks and ensure compliance.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

  • Required Keywords; (PROCUREMENT OR CONTRACT OR SUBCONTRACT OR PURCHASING OR BUYER OR BUYING OR SUPPLIER OR SUPPLY CHAIN ) AND (COST OR SALES OR NEGOTIATIONS OR ORDER OR PRICING) AND (FAR15 or FAR12 OR "FAR 15" OR FFP OR CPIF OR TCPD OR "ACQUISITIONS REGULATIONS" OR FAR OR DFAR
  • 8+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, business, or finance.
  • Bachelor s degree in business, procurement, supply chain, finance, or technical discipline.
  • Strong data analytics usage (MS Excel, Tableau, PowerBI, etc ) and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in supplier management and contract negotiations.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment, specifically Aerospace.
  • Knowledge of procurement best practices and industry trends.
  • Certification in procurement or supply chain management.
  • Ability to independently lead multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with SAP or similar procurement systems preferred.
  • Experience with federal acquisitions regulations, defense federal acquisition regulations, and commercial practices.
  • Significant experience managing long-term supply agreements and subcontracts (FFP, CP, CPIF, etc.).
  • Ability to negotiate terms and conditions.
