Senior Process Improvement Engineer Specialist with Security Clearance

• Spearheads the conception and execution of cutting-edge strategies for business process modernization and enhancement.

• Takes charge of orchestrating and guiding all initiatives pertaining to Knowledge Management (KM) requirements.

• Undertakes comprehensive business process reviews, executes meticulous software testing, oversees Intelligent Automation (IA) workforce training, and manages the dynamic landscape of website content.

• Collaborates closely with desk officers to refine and elevate the design of user interface features, ensuring optimal user experience.

• Proactively stays up to date with evolving KM tools and explores their seamless integration into our customers' intricate business processes. Qualifications:
• TS/SCI Clearance with the ability to obtain a polygraph level clearance after hire.

• 11-14 years experience with a graduate degree or equivalent experience within a related field

• Demonstrated experience applying Knowledge Management, Business Intelligence, Process Improvement, Reengineering Methodologies, or best practice principles to design and implement process modernization and improvements.

• Demonstrated experience in coordinating and leading activities of engineers/specialists related to technology needs.

• Demonstrated experience in using web-based technologies such as browsers, ColdFusion, HTML code, object-oriented technology, graphics software, and Content Management systems.

• Demonstrated experience with Python/ Django Web Framework, Database Management Systems (DBMS) (MYSQL or similar DBMS), JavaScript, REST, SOAP webservices. Desired Qualifications:
• Experience with Imagery Disclosure Tool (IDT), Actions, Tasking's & Management (ATM), SharePoint Administration/ SharePoint Custom WebParts.

• Experience in the geospatial industry.

• Experience in understanding of technology requirements specific to international affairs and IC coordination.
